My Heal Club is a holistic wellness directory and referral platform that allows users to discover practitioners, coaches, healers, and wellness professionals offering online or in-person services. 

My Heal Club: 

● Does not provide medical, therapeutic, or professional advice 

● Does not provide healing or coaching services directly 

● Does not employ practitioners 

● Does not guarantee outcomes 

● Does not mediate client-practitioner interactions 

Users are solely responsible for selecting practitioners and engaging with them. 

3. No Medical Advice 

Content on My Heal Club is informational only and should not be considered: 

● Medical advice 

● Mental health treatment 

● Diagnosis 

● Counseling 

● Therapy 

● A substitute for licensed healthcare 

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. 

My Heal Club disclaims all responsibility for decisions users make based on platform information. 

4. No Endorsement 

Practitioners listed on My Heal Club are independent providers. 

The platform: 

● Does not guarantee practitioner qualifications 

● Does not verify certifications beyond what is submitted 

● Does not endorse specific claims, modalities, or practices 

● Is not responsible for practitioner behavior, policies, or services 

Users engage with practitioners at their own discretion and risk. 

5. User Responsibilities 

Users agree to: 

● Use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner 

● Not misuse, scrape, hack, or interfere with the website 

● Not intimidate or harass practitioners 

● Not provide false information 

Misuse may result in access termination. 

6. Third-Party Links 

Practitioner booking links redirect to external websites (e.g., Calendly, Instagram, WhatsApp). 

My Heal Club: 

● Is not responsible for third-party privacy practices 

● Is not responsible for website content on external links 

● Encourages users to review each practitioner’s policies 

All interactions after leaving the platform are between the user and the practitioner. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law: 

My Heal Club is not liable for: 

● Practitioner actions or omissions 

● Client outcomes 

● Errors in practitioner profiles 

● Misrepresentations by practitioners 

● Any harm, loss, or damages arising from services received 

● Interactions between users and practitioners 

● Technical issues or downtime 

Your use of the platform is at your own risk. 

8. Intellectual Property 

All website content, categories, branding, design, and text belong to My Heal Club. 

Users may not copy, redistribute, or publish content without permission. 

9. Modifications to Terms 

We may update these Terms at any time. 

Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. 

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
