Practitioners Code of Ethics

My Heal Club - Practitioners Code of Ethics

Last updated: November 2025

The My Heal Club Practitioner Code of Ethics establishes the standards of conduct required from all healers, coaches, guides, and practitioners listed on the platform.

This Code exists to protect clients, maintain integrity, and ensure that My Heal Club remains a safe, conscious, and trustworthy global healing space.

By joining My Heal Club, you agree to uphold every value, guideline, and responsibility outlined below.

1. Integrity & Truthfulness

Practitioners must:

● Provide accurate, honest descriptions of their services

● Represent their qualifications and experience truthfully

● Never exaggerate results, abilities, or promised outcomes

● Maintain authenticity in their communication, content, and profile

My Heal Club has a zero-tolerance policy for deceptive practices.

2. Safety & Responsibility

Practitioners agree to:

● Create a safe emotional, physical, and energetic environment

● Avoid causing intentional harm

● Maintain proper session boundaries

● Refrain from any form of abuse, coercion, or manipulation

● Immediately discontinue a session if a client is at risk or destabilized

Safety is foundational. No healing is ethical without it.

3. Scope of Practice

Practitioners must:

● Offer only the modalities they are trained or qualified to provide

● Stay within the limits of their role

● Avoid diagnosing medical or psychological conditions unless legally licensed

● Avoid prescribing medication or medical treatment unless authorized

● Refer clients to medical or mental health professionals when appropriate

Your role is to support — not replace — regulated medical or psychological care.

4. Respect for Client Autonomy

Practitioners must:

● Honor clients’ free will, boundaries, and decision-making

● Never pressure clients into additional services

● Allow clients to decline or modify any aspect of the session

● Respect cultural, religious, and personal beliefs

Healing is a collaborative partnership, not a power dynamic.

5. Confidentiality

Practitioners agree to:

● Keep all client information private and confidential

● Avoid sharing personal stories, images, or session details without written consent

● Protect digital and physical records of clients

● Comply with local privacy regulations

Trust is sacred — protect it.

6. Professional Boundaries

Practitioners must maintain clear, ethical boundaries by:

● Avoiding romantic, sexual, or exploitative relationships with clients

● Avoiding dual relationships that create conflict of interest

● Remaining sober during sessions

● Practicing with emotional neutrality and professionalism

You hold space — you do not cross it.

7. Non-Discrimination

Practitioners must treat all clients with respect regardless of:

● Gender or identity

● Sexual orientation

● Race or ethnicity

● Religion

● Disability

● Socioeconomic background

● Immigration status

Healing must remain inclusive and accessible, free of judgment.

8. Cultural & Ancestral Respect

Practitioners agree to:

● Honor cultural origins of healing modalities

● Avoid appropriation or misrepresentation

● Give credit to lineages, teachers, or traditions that inform their practice

Respecting the roots honors the medicine.

9. Transparency in Pricing & Policies

Practitioners must:

● Clearly communicate session prices, duration, and policies

● Provide honest information about expected outcomes

● Maintain clarity around cancellations and rescheduling

● Avoid hidden fees or misleading promotional practices

Clients deserve clarity before engaging your services.

10. Ethical Marketing

Practitioners must:

● Avoid making false claims or unrealistic promises

● Never guarantee healing results

● Avoid fear-based, shame-based, or manipulative language

● Ensure testimonials (if used) are truthful and consensual

Marketing should be an invitation, not pressure.

11. Accountability

Practitioners understand that:

● Violating this Code may result in warnings, suspension, or removal

● My Heal Club may investigate complaints or concerns

● Practitioners are responsible for addressing conflicts respectfully

● Ethical conduct is essential for remaining on the platform

● Integrity is the foundation of our community.

12. Alignment With My Heal Club Values

Practitioners agree to uphold the platform’s core principles:

● Safety

● Integrity

● Connection

● Consciousness

These are the energies that sustain our collective healing space.
