Healing happens when we connect

Healing can be both beautiful and painful — and most of us don’t know where to start until life shows us no other way.

For a long time, I was skeptical of anything spiritual or “energetic.” I believed in logic, not rituals. But everything changed the day my younger brother was murdered — suddenly, without reason or closure.

I was just two weeks away from seeing him again after two years apart.

During the session, when the facilitator connected with his energy and asked how he was feeling, the response came through: “Lost. I don’t know where I am. I want my mom.”

In that moment, I realized my brother didn’t understand he had died. It was one of the most surreal and sacred experiences of my life.

That day, something extraordinary happened — through the ritual, I was able to help my mother say goodbye to him and support his spirit in finding peace and transcendence.

That experience cracked me open. It showed me that healing goes beyond what we can see or explain — and that love, when expressed consciously, truly heals across realms.
