Practitioners Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between My Heal Club (“we”, “our”, “us”) and you, the practitioner (“you”, “practitioner”, “healer”) who joins our holistic directory platform. 

By applying, submitting your information, or being listed on My Heal Club, you agree to follow these Terms. 

If you do not agree, you must not submit an application. 

2. Purpose of My Heal Club 

My Heal Club is a global platform that: 

● Showcases holistic practitioners 

● Helps clients find healing services worldwide 

● Provides referral traffic to practitioners through UTM tracking 

● Does not process sessions, payments, or medical services 

We are not a booking platform, medical provider, or employer of practitioners. 

You maintain full independence over: 

● Your services 

● Your pricing 

● Your booking policies 

● Your client relationships 

● Your payment systems 

3. Eligibility Requirements 

To join My Heal Club, you must: 

● Be at least 18 years old 

● Provide accurate personal and professional information 

● Offer healing, wellness, or holistic modalities aligned with our values 

● Maintain a safe, ethical, and professional practice 

● Follow local laws and regulations in your area 

● Be responsive to communication from My Heal Club 

● Maintain active booking links for referrals 

We may decline, pause, or remove practitioners who: 

● Provide misleading information 

● Engage in unethical, harmful, or unsafe practices 

● Do not align with the values and integrity of our platform 

My Heal Club reserves full discretion in approving or removing practitioners. 

4. Profile Creation & Information Accuracy 

By joining, you agree that: 

● All information you provide is truthful and accurate 

● You will notify us of changes (pricing, availability, modalities, links, etc.) 

● You authorize us to publish your profile, photo, description, and links on our website 

● You grant us permission to describe your services using your submitted information 

● You may request edits or updates at any time 

You are solely responsible for: 

● The accuracy of your credentials 

● Your professional claims 

● Your session descriptions 

● Your own client communications 

5. Booking Links & UTM Tracking 

My Heal Club uses unique UTM tracking links to measure: 

● How many people visit your booking pages 

● How many leads we refer 

● The number of sessions booked from My Heal Club traffic 

Practitioners agree to: 

● Use and maintain the booking links provided 

● Not alter, remove, or redirect the UTM tracking 

● Report accurate booking numbers when requested 

● Maintain visibility and accessibility of booking platforms 

We do not process payments or schedule sessions on your behalf. 

6. Free Trial Period 

All approved practitioners receive a free trial from their activation date until May 2026. 

During the trial period: 

● You will not be charged 

● You can receive unlimited referrals 

● You can request profile edits or upgrades 

● You may cancel anytime 

7. Referral-Based Compensation (Starting in May 2026) 

Starting May, practitioners agree to the following: 

7.1 Referral Fee 

A 10% referral fee applies ONLY to sessions booked by clients referred through My Heal Club via UTM tracking. 

7.2 What Counts as a Referred Booking 

A booking is considered referred when: 

A client arrives on your booking platform using your My Heal Club UTM link 

OR a session is booked by someone who originally discovered you through My Heal Club, as demonstrated by tracking reports 

7.3 Monthly Reporting 

My Heal Club may: 

● Provide monthly referral reports 

● Request confirmation of booking numbers from you 

● Invoice you monthly for referral-based fees 

7.4 Payment Terms 

You agree to: 

● Pay invoices within the stated payment window 

● Notify us of any disputes related to tracking 

● Maintain active payment methods 

Failure to pay may result in: 

● Temporary profile removal 

● Permanent removal 

● Debt recovery procedures 

8. Practitioner Responsibilities 

You agree to: 

● Provide safe, ethical, professional sessions 

● Maintain confidentiality with clients 

● Respect cultural, emotional, and spiritual boundaries 

● Avoid harmful, discriminatory, or unsafe practices 

● Comply with licensing or certification laws in your jurisdiction 

● Carry liability insurance if required by local law 

● Handle all disputes with your clients directly 

You understand that: 

● You are not an employee of My Heal Club 

● You are fully responsible for your business practices 

● You must comply with all health, legal, and tax regulations 

9. My Heal Club Responsibilities 

We agree to: 

● Display your practitioner profile 

● Offer a safe, curated directory experience 

● Track referrals transparently 

● Provide fair reporting metrics 

● Make reasonable efforts to match clients with practitioners 

● Maintain the platform’s integrity and safety 

We do not guarantee: 

● A specific number of referrals 

● A specific number of bookings 

● Client outcomes 

● Revenue or financial results 

10. Removal, Suspension, or Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or remove practitioners for: 

● Failure to pay referral fees 

● Providing false or misleading information 

● Complaints from clients 

● Unethical or unsafe behavior 

● Violating local laws 

● Violating these Terms 

You may request to leave the platform at any time. 

Upon removal: 

● Your profile is deleted 

● Tracking links are deactivated 

● No further referrals are made 

11. Liability Disclaimer 

My Heal Club is not liable for: 

● Practitioner actions 

● Client outcomes 

● Misrepresentations by practitioners 

● Payment disputes between clients and practitioners 

● Advice, services, or healing sessions provided by practitioners 

Practitioners act as independent providers, not employees or partners. 

You agree to indemnify My Heal Club from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your services. 

12. Intellectual Property 

Practitioners: 

● Retain rights to their own content 

● Grant My Heal Club permission to use submitted content for profile display 

● May request content removal at any time 

My Heal Club retains rights to: 

● Website structure 

● Brand design 

● Category descriptions 

● Platform copy 

● UTM system structure 

13. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms periodically. 

If major changes occur, practitioners will be notified via email. 

Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
